Return Policy

On the occasion that there is a problem with your order the below will outline what is covered.

The product received is not the product ordered

Provided the item is unopened and, in the condition, received, we will replace the item or provide a full refund. You will be provided with an addressed, postage paid courier satchel (or similar) to return the incorrect product to us. Once your return has been received, we will process your refund or replacement within 2–3 working days.

A product I ordered was damaged in transit

If your item was damaged between leaving the Philproof warehouse and arriving at your address you will receive a full refund or replacement. Our courier will collect the damaged package from your address, along with the packaging it was delivered in, and once the damage has been verified by the courier company your refund or replacement will be processed.

The product is not to your satisfaction

Please contact us with specific details, this will be dealt with on a case by case basis.

The product ordered did not arrive

Please contact us, we can track and trace the item for you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept a return if you've changed your mind or no longer want the item.
