How Much to Apply (Placement Guide)
Advion Ant Gel is highly concentrated, so small amounts applied in multiple locations work far better than a few large blobs.
- Use pea-sized dots (or short 1–2 cm lines) placed where ants are active.
- Spacing: apply a small dot every 2–3 metres along active trails and near likely entry points (skirtings, cracks, window frames, behind appliances, under sinks, etc.).
- High-activity areas: increase placements in kitchens, bathrooms, laundries, and anywhere you’re seeing consistent ant traffic.
- Check and refresh: inspect daily for the first few days. Re-apply if bait is eaten, dried out, dusty, or removed during cleaning.
- Large homes / widespread activity: as a guide, plan on 6–12 syringes where ants are active in most areas of the house.
Tip: Avoid spraying insecticides over ant trails while using bait, as sprays can cause ants to reroute and reduce bait uptake.
