Philproof® Kea Baffle

The kea baffle was designed to keep the birds, including the pesky Kea, from entering the bait station and accessing the bait, while continuing to present dry bait to rodents only. Possums can't enter bait station with this baffle.

Simply attach by drilling two holes and then pop rivet it to the front of a large bait station where Kea activity is a concern.

The existing floor still works and can still be removed easily to refill without taking the baffle off.

The higher internal baffle also prevents bait spillage when using pellets, though block bait could be used in the same bait station if there any concern.

Lowering the bait station to 120mm of the ground from the base is required.
